Fact #5: Wise words can come on a cup of coffee

I stumbled on this quote today, and it turns out it came from the side of a Starbucks cup. Well, it came from a woman named Anne Morriss, but it was printed on a Starbucks cup.

"The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating — in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life."

Eeeeeee! I just love when something I wasn't expecting hits me over the head and I think, "Holy shit! Yes!" So thanks, Ms. Morriss, and I guess, Starbucks. But mostly Ms. Morris.

Til tomorrow!

That is a great quote. Really has some truth to it and is well stated. I am always amazed at how well some people can say things in such few words and convey so much.

Totally! Me, I need a lot of words, and even then it often doesn't go anywhere.
